On the 22th of February the SzEEDS^M Program Management conducted the Dissertation Defense of Gergely Géczi. (Title of the PhD thesis: Non-equilibrium in ice hockey: understanding the game with a transdisciplinary approach)

The dissertation examines whether playing ice hockey contributes to the emotional intelligence and resilience, two important psychological skillsets of its players. The main idea behind it is whether such a contributing effect could be proven, so that ice hockey could be used as a method of increasing psychological capital of any organization on the market.
