Organisational Behavior

This module is concerned with the thinking of the decision taker.  Existing models are reviewed and critiqued and a more realistic picture of the human decision taker is painted.  The role of intuitive decisions are examined including their limitations and usefulness.  The participants of this module will become able to recognise and understand the typical heuristics and biases. Beyond improving their own choices they will also become able to design solutions that are aimed at a particular self and enable others making better decisions as well.
